Introduction
This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, disclosure, storage, processing, and protection of information by TEGO for Business, a division of TEGO Systems, Inc.
This Policy applies to business entities, corporate customers, employees, contractors, authorized riders, drivers, transportation partners, website visitors, API users, integration users, mobile application users, and any person accessing or using TEGO for Business services.
By accessing, registering for, or using the TEGO for Business platform, website, applications, APIs, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
Definitions
Authorized User means any employee, contractor, agent, or representative authorized by a Business Customer to access or use the Services.
Business Customer means any corporation, organization, governmental entity, or commercial enterprise that registers for or uses TEGO for Business services.
Personal Information means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or may reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual.
Services means all transportation, logistics, software, APIs, applications, dashboards, reporting tools, and related technologies provided by TEGO for Business.
Information We Collect
TEGO may collect personal identification information including full legal name, business name, job title, email address, telephone number, government-issued identification, profile photographs, and authentication credentials.
TEGO may collect business account information including corporate billing information, tax identification numbers, business payment methods, account administrator information, ride policies, spending limits, and corporate reporting data.
TEGO may collect ride and transportation data including pickup and drop-off locations, GPS coordinates, trip routes, ride duration, ride history, vehicle information, driver identification, and trip timestamps.
TEGO may collect technical and device information including IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, application usage data, mobile network information, cookies, and tracking technologies.
TEGO may collect communications and support information including customer support interactions, chat communications, audio recordings where legally permitted, feedback submissions, and complaint investigations.
Purposes for Processing Information
TEGO may process information to provide transportation and logistics services.
TEGO may process information to facilitate ride matching, dispatch, payments, invoices, and Business Customer account management.
TEGO may process information to verify identity, prevent fraud, monitor compliance, improve Services, and enhance user experience.
TEGO may process information for analytics, reporting, agreement enforcement, audits, investigations, API support, enterprise integrations, and legal compliance.
Business Account Monitoring
Business Customers acknowledge that Authorized User ride activity may be visible to designated Business administrators.
Corporate administrators may access trip histories, expense reports, usage analytics, and related operational information.
TEGO is not responsible for internal monitoring practices conducted by Business Customers.
Business Customers are responsible for informing Authorized Users about workplace monitoring policies and applicable consent requirements.
Location Data Consent
Users consent to the collection and processing of precise and approximate geolocation information for ride fulfillment, safety monitoring, fraud prevention, route optimization, trip verification, and operational analytics.
Location data may be collected during active use of the Services, while the application is running, and during or shortly after ride completion where legally permitted.
Disabling location permissions may impair or prevent functionality of the Services.
Disclosure of Information
TEGO may disclose information to third-party vendors and contractors providing services such as cloud hosting, payment processing, identity verification, customer support, data analytics, and security monitoring.
TEGO may disclose information to authorized Business administrators for expense management, corporate reporting, policy enforcement, and employee transportation oversight.
TEGO may disclose information to drivers and transportation partners to facilitate transportation services, including rider names, pickup and drop-off details, contact information, and trip-related instructions.
TEGO may disclose information in response to subpoenas, court orders, lawful governmental requests, legal obligations, fraud investigations, abuse investigations, unlawful activity, or to protect rights, property, safety, or security.
Data Retention
TEGO retains information for as long as necessary to provide Services.
TEGO may retain information to comply with tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations.
TEGO may retain information to enforce contractual rights, resolve disputes, and support investigations.
